We work with the next available flights. On average, delivery from Moscow to major Turkish cities (Istanbul, Ankara) takes 8 to 18 hours from the time the shipment is received. Delivery to Antalya or Izmir can take up to 12 hours, depending on the schedule of direct flights and the frequency of our air courier's transfers. We will provide a precise delivery time after confirming the details, as we always rely on the closest flight to deliver your cargo as quickly as possible.
The cost is based on several factors: the airline fare for our air courier ticket, the departure and destination cities in Turkey (for example, delivery to Istanbul may be cheaper than to more remote regions), and the cost of labor. We do not use complex volumetric and weight coefficients, as with commercial cargo. The price is calculated individually and transparently – mainly per piece (bag, box, package with documents). Since our air courier flies in the aircraft cabin, we adhere to airline carry-on and baggage allowances. Typically, this is one piece weighing up to 20-23 kg, with the sum of its three dimensions not exceeding 158-200 cm. If your cargo is heavier or larger, this doesn't mean we can't help—we'll simply send two couriers or arrange for it to be carried in checked baggage, but with the same personal escort principle.
