AviaSend provides relocation servises, air assistance services for persons with disabilities, the elderly and other categories of passengers requiring professional assistance during the flight. Organization of assistance

The company's employees provide assistance on charter and regular flights around the world. We take responsibility for the passenger from the moment of transfer to the airport until the transfer is made to the meeting party. At all stages of the trip, employees take care of comfort, safety and the absence of delays when checking documents.

Accompanying persons have experience in helping people with limited mobility. Representatives of AviaSend act effectively in critical situations and strictly comply with the rules for transporting passengers of this category. In most cases, one assistant is enough.

Relocation services may be required for:

• people with psychiatric conditions that prevent them from understanding and applying safety instructions;

• people with dementia or those who are lost in space;

Rules for the transportation of passengers with limited mobility

Transportation of an elderly person and a passenger in a wheelchair is carried out at a place next to the aisle. They are entitled to priority boarding and disembarking before other passengers. Our representative will ensure that these requirements are met. His actions always take into account the needs of the client so that he can fly without any inconvenience.

Service cost

The final price is determined by such factors as the distance of the trip, the complexity of the route, the number of connecting flights. Air tickets for the accompanying person are additionally paid. Accompanying services include:

• booking of air tickets;
• transfer to the airport;
• assistance at departure/transfer/arrival zones of airports;
• assistance in passing border and customs control;
• assistance in passing through any inspections;
• registration and check-in of luggage, as well as a wheelchair;
• organization of a comfortable landing on board the aircraft using a lift or ambulift;
• accommodation in the aircraft cabin;
• carry-on baggage;
• services on board (including those related to medical procedures, food and hygiene procedures);
• assistance with disembarkation;
• receipt of baggage;
• transmission to the receiving party.
