Cost of air delivery of documents and cargo

How is the cost determined?

AviaSend proves by its own example that its ultra-urgent international air delivery of documents, parcels and small cargo can be affordable. For modern businesses, this is not a luxury, but an opportunity to optimize costs and, most importantly, save time. In some cases, this can prevent multi-million dollar production downtime. Therefore, customers can enjoy the fastest way to receive international shipments, accompanied by a responsible air courier.

One-day urgent delivery cost:

(including airfare and all overhead costs)

Express delivery within Russia — from 50.000₽ / 500€

Express delivery Russia ⇆ Dubai, Baku, Tbilisi, Istanbul, Bishkek, Almaty — from 90.000₽ / 900€

Express delivery Russia ⇆ Asia (China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore) — from 170.000₽ / 1.700€

Express delivery Russia ⇆ Europe — from 200.000₽ / 2.000€

Express delivery Russia ⇆ America—from 280.000₽ / 2.800€

The price is due to the high delivery speed and includes the cost of airfare, transfers, courier services, and overhead expenses.

The final price includes:

• airfare for the entire route;
• air courier services;
• baggage costs if the weight or dimensions of the cargo exceed the permissible limits;
• ground transfer costs to the delivery location of the parcel (documents);
• travel overhead expenses.

Overhead expenses include:

• registration of entry documents (visas, permits, etc.);
• Insurance policy for your stay in the destination country;
• Local SIM card with mobile phone and internet access;
• Fees for currency exchange and top-ups of foreign bank cards;
• meals;
• hotel or sleeping accommodation at the airport;
• space for a visa or passport stamp 😉.

The final cost for air freight and documents is calculated individually. In this case, the main factors taken into account are the recipient city's accessibility, availability of air tickets (direct or with a transfer), visa requirements between the two countries, travel time, and other factors.

• 🙋 1 courier for the entire route ✈️
• 🫱 Hand-to-hand 🫲
• 📑 Contract, payment by invoice, everything is official 🗒️

If the guidelines are suitable, we recommend starting the contract process early to ensure tickets are available and their cost does not increase. For a detailed cost estimate for air delivery of a parcel or documents in a specific case, send us a request via Telegram or WhatsApp.
