To avoid misunderstandings, we are honest about our restrictions. Our service is designed for one-time shipments, not mass shipments.

Yes, the minimum weight requirement is 1 gram. It can be as simple as an envelope. The cost is calculated for the entire air courier mission.
The delivery is door-to-door. The courier will take a taxi or public transportation to the designated meeting point. If it is a closed office, they will go to the reception and summon the recipient.
It is important to note that we only work with cargo that can be classified as the courier's personal luggage. This means that the cargo should not have any obvious signs of being a commercial shipment (such as multiple identical items, factory-packaged pallets, or oversized items). Individual samples, models, prototypes, and technical documentation can be transported as personal belongings. We do not handle the customs clearance of commercial cargo. If your cargo requires payment of duties or licensing, we will not be able to handle it. Our consultants will assess the cargo's risks before shipment.
The maximum urgency is within a few hours. If you have a cargo right now, we will find the nearest flight from Moscow (or another city). In the "emergency departure" mode, the courier can arrive within a few hours. Typically, the delivery takes one day (today we pick it up, and tomorrow we deliver it in Hong Kong). It depends on the flight schedule and the time required to meet with the courier. We focus on solving "day-to-day" tasks.
Yes, the courier will deliver the cargo to any location in Hong Kong (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Lantau, airport, Disneyland, etc.). Delivery is "door-to-door". If the address is in a remote area, the courier will use a taxi or public transportation, and this will be included in the final cost. The main thing for us is a personal meeting with the recipient.

The cost is calculated based on several factors: the price of the air courier's ticket (including their return journey or waiting time), taxi/transfer costs within the city, service fees, and overhead expenses.
