The package of papers is minimal for sending non-commercial goods and documents. A passport is usually enough for an individual to sign a contract. We always prioritize the safety of the shipment. If the recipient is unable to meet us, we will contact them and you to discuss an alternative. Typically, we will arrange a convenient time later in the day or the following day. In exceptional cases, if the recipient trusts a third party, we will transfer the shipment with a clear written confirmation from the recipient/sender. We never leave the shipment unsigned.
The key factor here is the purpose of the import. If these are samples for an exhibition, presentation, or prototypes that do not have a commercial appearance (for example, in technical packaging, without price tags, and intended for internal use by the company), rather than a finished product for sale, we can handle them.
